Alright my fellow environmentalists, we finally have an environmentally friendly browser and search engine available to us. I have downloaded (and been using), two exciting, new, free programs that offer some environmental benefits while we do what we do at our computers, it really could not be any simpler. I wanted to share some pictures with you all of a Strawbale Workshop I attended in the fall of 2004 at the Ecology Retreat Centre in Orangeville. Our instructor was Chris Magwood and we had a wonderful 3 day weekend for construction, enthsiasm, and laughter as we learned the basics of strawbale building and plastering, from start to finish.
